This project which completed in July 2019 is a two storey side extension with a full width single storey rear extension, to an existing semi-detached property in Totley Rise.
Relatively modest and in-keeping in design externally, the client budget was carefully focussed on bringing maximum benefit and enhancement to the internal environment. Almost the full length of the rear ground floor wall of the house has been removed to create a generous and spacious new open-plan kitchen-dining-living family space. Also at ground floor is improved storage, utility and washroom spaces.
At first floor a new bedroom to the rear is created, open to the roof void and new roof-light above and a new en-suite bedroom was created by enlarging the existing 'box-room' at the front of the house.
