This project completely transformed the kitchen-diner and living space with a new rear extension and extensive internal alterations on an existing semi-detached property in Crosspool, S10.
Roof lights were carefully positioned over the kitchen in a side extension, with 3 sets of new sliding doors and a new garden room bringing buckets of natural light back into the main living spaces.
When we first visited the property, an old conservatory had been badly sited on the wrong side of the house blocking light back into the main living room and creating a dark overshadowed space outside the kitchen. This was replaced on the opposite side, with the contemporary garden room, opening up a sunny courtyard on the south side, combined with extensive opening-up of internal walls the space is now flooded with natural light and views out to the garden.
