Working with Jonathan has made the whole process very easy. We were slightly daunted by the prospect of taking on an extension, but right from the start, we found Jonathan very easy to work with. He was happy to spend time finding out about our aspirations and then came back to us with some carefully thought through options, helping guide us to the final design. He helped us through the process of planning permission, challenging the Authorities when he felt the final design was being compromised by their suggestions. However, what really helped was Jonathan’s existing contacts with builders. Without this, we would have struggled to know who to approach, but knowing we were negotiating with builders Jonathan was familiar with, was hugely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
