This project comprised of a full width, stone built single storey rear extension forming a vastly expanded kitchen-dining and living spaces to an existing detached stone villa in the Nether Edge Conservation Area. Proposals also included a full refurbishment to the entrance hall and upper hall areas and the refurbishment of a grand central staircase running through all floors of the house.
