We were appointed by this expanding family to draw up designs to create additional kitchen-dining-living spaces and better utility spaces at ground floor and for a further bedroom and bathroom at first floor.
An existing rear extension was retained and the new two storey side extension and single storey rear extension tied neatly into the existing extension, creating the desired new space and flexibility at a very reasonable budget. As you can see the children (and adults!) love playing in the newly created and light filled spaces.
