This is a great example of a 'hip-gable' loft conversion (no dormer on this one) designed and built onto an existing semi-detached home in Millhouses.
The client, with two young children, approached JCA to draw up loft conversion designs to suit their budget. We managed all the design work, planning and building regulations drawings, co-ordinating the design with the structural engineer and then working closely with one of JCA's highly recommended builders throughout the project.
The conversion was completed to a very high standard in January/Feburary 2018, on time and on budget.
